Klara's vision is clear: “We make the world a little better, one person at a time.” Everyone should be treated with respect and receive help to live the best life possible.
Klara focuses on the individual. With commitment and expertise, we make a difference for every individual we meet through our operations. Our vision and values are our guiding stars in our interactions with care recipients and in how our employees treat each other.
As one of Sweden's leading players in care staffing, Klara annually mediates thousands of assignments. Our clients are primarily municipalities and other private care providers. Klara Team offers nursing teams responsible for on-call duties during daytime, evening, and night shifts at nursing homes/home care.

You will work independently, covering evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be responsible for urgent and planned interventions within a manageable area at nursing homes. You will also provide advice and support via phone to the staff at the residences.
To work as a nurse with us, you need a few years of experience as a nurse. If you have further education, that is a plus, but not a requirement! You should be comfortable working with different systems, as we use various journal systems.
What do we offer:
We are looking for you who are interested in working as a part-time employee with us. We offer you an exciting and developing job where you have the opportunity to plan your work shifts independently. When work allows, you can start from your home. You will make your assessments via phone and home visits when necessary. You will have access to a company car during your shifts, as well as a computer and phone.
We are part of the Ambea group and apply collective agreements.
Who are we looking for?
As a person, you are empathetic and have the ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles with a positive mindset. You work with the patient in focus, and therefore accuracy and good treatment are a given for you. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You are skilled at working in a structured manner by triaging and prioritizing. You live in proximity to Lund and Malmö.
